The Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council, Inc. is an interdisciplinary organization for professionals involved in estate planning. As an affiliate of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, we are focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and educational standards as well as increasing public awareness of the importance of estate planning.

Happy 4th of July!
Celebrate our freedoms and learn more about the Declaration of Independence. Drafted by Thomas Jefferson between June 11 and June 28, 1776, the Declaration of Independence is at once the nationa's most cheristed symbol of liberty and Jefferson's most enduring monument. In exaluted and unforgettable phrases, Jefferson expressed the convictions in the minds and hearts of the American people.
